Very efficient staff, spectacular location, perfect food. Compact room and super beds. Irish bar was fantastic and reasonably priced. We found out reasonable prices in the hotel.

very loyal staff and a perfect location. we had a room with city views. what's more, getting to a history museum on foot takes about 10 mins. satisfactory breakfast, greatly enjoyed it with lots of food.

The location was perfect, with the dutch pub nearby, where we could eat. Room was large and met standards. Walking to a tram stop from michelangelo grand was easy...
